The 15.5″ x 15.5″ Base Plate is the perfect base for creating air-filled balloon decor. Bases are powder coated with white paint to maintian a professional appearance when incorporated into decor. Each base weighs 17.5 pounds and features a built-in upright 6″ pipe with tighening screw to hold any size EMT Conduit Pipe or PVC Pipe up to 3/4″ in diameter. Base Plate thickness is: 1/4″.
